Positive thinking – this is how it works

This blogpost is all about positive vibes and how you can easily integrate them into your everyday life. By thinking positively, you’ll quickly notice how your mood and overall happiness increases.

This is how you start your day on a positive note:
Getting yourself in a positive mood for the new day requires a new morning routine. Don’t worry, you don’t have to get up much earlier, but investing a few minutes in the morning can work wonders.
But you should start as soon as you fall asleep. Plan on getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night so that your body can fully recharge its batteries and you can start stronger.
Immediately after getting up, a big glass of mineral water will help you to fill your body with life. After that, you should set aside 10 minutes and find your own morning routine. This can be, for example, a little morning yoga or 10 minutes of meditation.
After your new routine, start with a balanced breakfast, preferably with some fruit in the form of a smoothie or muesli, and you will quickly notice how your mood rises and you start positively into the day.

Activities that have a positive effect on your well-being:

Yoga: The teaching of yoga practice is very concerned with instilling a positive attitude towards life and stimulates positive thinking within you. Through gentle stretches, paired with short meditation sessions, you will quite quickly adopt this feeling and think more positively. You can quickly learn the yoga practice at a yoga class or try it from home with an online session.

Hiking: Hiking has celebrated a true revival in recent years. More and more people are heading to the mountains to simply switch off and explore new paths. What could be better than picking out a nice tour, packing some provisions and simply taking a trip into the mountains? After your tour, you’ll be overflowing with happy hormones and approach many things more easily and positively.

Forest bathing: Another nice activity is forest bathing. This is also aimed at those who are not lucky enough to live near a mountain. This trend spilled over from the Asian region to us and is aimed at particularly stressed people who want to find themselves again in the forest and simply switch off once. Under forest bathing one understands that one makes a walk of at least 1-2 hours in the forest and completely consciously its environment notices. The fresh and healthy air has an automatic effect on your well-being and guarantees the production of happy hormones.
If you are still a bit shy about how best to approach this activity, then a guided walk would be the best choice for you. With the help of a forest swimming guide, you’ll learn what to look out for and what you can learn from nature.

A balanced diet will do wonders:

Another recommendation to channel positive energy into your body is to eat a balanced diet. Nothing will drag you down further if you live on a lot of junk food. Therefore, make sure that you include a large portion for vegetables and fruits in your daily requirement. You’ll also be in a more positive mood the more colorful your food is. So feel free to combine everything with each other and also look at new recipes. True mood lifters are hidden in curry, ginger and chillis, for example.
As a rule of thumb: in the morning a balanced breakfast with at least one piece of fruit, at noon like vegetables in combination with carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes, rice, etc.) and in the evening like a lot of vegetables and protein-rich foods.
If you get hungry in between meals, an apple, an orange or even a bell bell pepper will quickly help.

With these tips you will quickly achieve positive thinking and simply feel happier. Try it out!
